Cine en el Parque Media Kit

About Us

“Cine en el Parque” is a free outdoor movie series taking place in various parks in the city of Denver, Aurora, Commerce City and surrounding cities. Movies are projected onto a 40’ inflatable movie screen (bigger than most indoor theatres) that turns any park into a spectacular outdoor cinema under the stars. The outdoor movies are known throughout the country to be a great community-building event through social gathering of residents from different backgrounds. El Comercio de Colorado newspaper wants to bring an outdoor cinema event to communities with high Hispanic demographics in different cities in Colorado. Movies are free, so grab a blanket, a lawn chair, family, friends, neighbors or co-workers, and head to our first “Cine en el Parque” and enjoy FREE outdoor movies with popcorn this summer. *All movies carry a PG or G Rating. The seven-movie series begins Thursday, June 28th, 2018. There will be planned pre-movie activities, games, live DJ Music, contests, prices and much more. Come down early, stake your ground and have some fun. See you at the movies!
